Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of BadmintonX (the "App"), which is owned and operated by Charlie Xu ("CX"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Your Use of the App
BadmintonX is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute any part of the App. You further agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes upon the rights of others.
Privacy
BadmintonX does not require an account or sign-in. All data you enter is stored locally on your device, and you are solely responsible for maintaining your own device backups. For more information on how your data is handled, please review the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within BadmintonX are the property of CX. No part of the App may be copied, reproduced, or distributed, in any form or by any means, without the express prior written consent of CX.
Disclaimers
BadmintonX is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CX does not promise that the App or any of its features will be error-free or uninterrupted. CX is not liable for any damages or injuries arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to failures of performance, errors, or interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CX shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if CX has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold CX harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, brought by any third party arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
Violations and Termination
CX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict or terminate your access to the App at any time if you are found to have violated these Terms. You agree that violations of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to CX, entitling CX to seek injunctive or equitable relief in addition to any other remedies available at law. If CX pursues legal action as a result of your violation, you agree to reimburse CX for all reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred.
Changes to These Terms
CX may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
